We use realistic training scenarios that are based on actual case studies so you know that you are going to receive practical skills that work in the real world.The systems that we teach are the latest know how from the specialist fields of security,anti terrorism, police tactics,modern warfare and most of all realistic urban/street fighting.

Kapap close quarter combat Instructor Level One ® this Instructor course is a 60 HOUR training program designed to introduce Martial Arts practitioners from various levels of knowledge and styles to the Israeli Elite combat system “Krav Panim El Panim” / Kapap® and to upgrade their personal abilities and skills in this effective and advanced Martial art.
This 60 hour Kapap Level One ® program is based on a model used in Israel’s Police, Military and governmental security agencies and has been put to the test since day one
of its creation. It is used by top Counter Terrorism Units in Israel.
The training is focused on achieving a balance between all the “weaknesses” that a human being has:
* Physical
* Mental
* Emotional
Kapap Academy has designed a program that is unique and second to none,
training you for a solid sixty hours in the basic principles of close quarter combat you
will learn:
* History of Kapap and Israeli Martial Arts and CQB
* Training methods for extreme combat fitness
* Stances, movement, strikes and kicks
* Releases from holds
* Gun disarms
* Knife disarms and attacks
* Stick fighting
* Restraining or (Arresting techniques)
* Basic grappling
* Basic Gun tactical movement
*Anatomy and physiology
